Royal Caribbean releases Icon of the Seas 2025-26 bookings early

Royal Caribbean International is opening 2025-26 bookings for new ship Icon of the Seas three months ahead of scheduled, following “unprecedented interest” in the vessel.

Available to book from September 13, the line has revealed its two seven-night round-trip sailings from Miami, both of which call at Royal Caribbean’s private island destination in the Bahamas, Perfect Day at CocoCay.

The seven-night Eastern Caribbean & Perfect Day at CocoCay itinerary calls at new destinations Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic and San Juan in Puerto Rico, as well as Philipsburg in Saint Maarten and Charlotte Amalie in Saint Thomas.

The seven-night Western Caribbean & Perfect Day at CocoCay itinerary calls at Costa Maya and Cozumel in Mexico, and Roatan in Honduras.

Icon of the Seas, capable of carrying up to 7,600 passengers, will be the largest ship in the world when it enters service in January 2024.

President and chief executive Michael Bayley said: “Since Icon of the Seas was revealed almost a year ago, the response has been unprecedented by every measure.

“Families and friends are looking for vacations where everyone can make memories their way without compromise and that’s what we set out to create in its best form with Icon more than five years ago.

“The excitement has only continued to build making it clear that we’ve designed a revolutionary experience that reflects how consumers want to travel today and for years to come.”
