Hays Travel owner Dame Irene Hays gained an ‘outstanding contribution’ award for her support to all six brands.
The seventh event recognised cruise specialist agents for their business to Carnival Cruise Line, Cunard, Holland America Line, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises and Seabourn.
More than 200 travel partners attended the ceremony at Madame Tussauds in London hosted by TV presenter Mark Durden-Smith.
