Birthday leave among new Mundy Cruising staff benefits

Benefits designed to improve employee wellbeing while promoting sustainability are being introduced by Mundy Cruising.

Elements of the new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) scheme include birthday leave, additional paid leave for staff who who choose the train over flying for their international holidays to cover the extra travel time, a budget for employees to personalise their workspace and mental health breaks 

The initiatives are on top of core benefits, including ongoing training, fully paid fam trips offered in addition to holiday leave and regular social events.

Managing director Edwina Lonsdale (pictured) said: “We believe that happy, healthy employees are key to our continued success, and we are proud to offer these new benefits that align with our values of sustainability and wellness.

“As we grow, we are excited to invite more talented individuals to join us on this journey, contributing to our expansion and our vision for a better future.”

The company plans further initiatives in the coming months to create a positive impact on employees and the wider community, while also positioning itself for future growth.
