Classic Collection unveils ‘biggest-ever’ Croatia brochure

Classic Collection has unveiled its “biggest-ever” Croatia brochure in response to agent demand.

The 92-page brochure features 54 properties, 24 of which are new to the operator, including boutique hotels, luxury resorts and private villas.

The properties are split across the mainland and eight islands.

The brochure also includes a choice of seven small ship cruising itineraries, each ship with no more than 20 cabins, and two private yacht charters with just two cabins.

The operator said both vessel types are “ideal for exploring Croatia at a more leisurely pace and allow guests to see less of the crowds and more of the destination”.

Classic Collection is offering flights with airlines serving up to six of Croatia’s airports, including Dubrovnik, Split, Pula, Rijeka, Zadar and Zagreb.

A seven-night stay at Hotel Cavtat on a B&B basis in April including flights, luggage and private transfers costs from £782.

Alex Gavalda, director of internal sales, product & commercial, said: “Following requests from agents and our mutual customers, we’ve conducted a major product review of Croatia, one of our best performing destinations.

“As our Croatia cruises have proved extremely popular on both a shared and private basis, we’ve increased our small ships cruising programme to a choice of seven deluxe motor cruisers, whilst also introducing brand new shorter cruise and stay itineraries of three or four nights duration by private yacht charter for small groups or families.

“New boutique hotel properties offers a more unique and authentic experience and lend themselves to multicentre touring holidays, combining rural stays on wine estates with time spent on the beach and on island resorts.

“The less crowded and more heritage focused area of Istria, served by Pula and Rijeka airports, has seen significant expansion with eight new hotels.

“In the Split region we’ve added design hotels alongside private villas with pools to meet the demand for family and group holidays.

“New luxury hotels on Hvar will appeal to couples and a younger demographic given the island’s reputation.”

E-brochures are available to download on the operator’s website while printed brochures can be ordered through Tradegate.
