Royal Caribbean International has developed a new sales tool designed to make it easier for agents to sell cruises.
Available through the line’s rewards programme, Club Royal, the My Royal Genie system enables agents to create digital brochures for their customers with tailored content.
Trade partners must answer some questions on behalf of their customer, and the tool will deliver an “interactive personalised brochure” which can be sent directly to the client via email or WhatsApp, the cruise line said.
Agents can then track engagement and alter their sales strategy accordingly using the My Royal Genie dashboard.

“The tool makes it easier than ever for our partners to showcase the right holiday choice based on their customer’s requirements at just the click of a button.”
