Attraction World announces promotion and new appointment

Attraction World has promoted Kelly Hayre to the newly created role of retail director at its retail division and recruited Carly-Ann Moore as commercial account manager.

Hayre joined Attraction World in 2018 as a business development manager from Superbreak and was promoted to head of retail thanks to “substantial” growth in her department.

In her new role as retail director, she will oversee the strategic direction and operation of the retail division, “fostering strong relationships” with agent partners.

Olly Nicholls, Attraction World Group chief executive, said: “When we recognised the need to appoint a retail director, Kelly was the only candidate we considered.

“Her track record within Attraction World speaks for itself, but it was her direct comparison with industry peers that truly highlighted her exceptional capabilities. Kelly has consistently outshone her counterparts in every aspect of her work with us.

“Her promotion is not just a testament to her hard work and commitment to Attraction World but also to her outstanding leadership qualities and deep understanding of the travel and leisure market.”

“Kelly has been instrumental to our investment in product breadth and depth, ensuring our agents have access to the diverse array of offerings their customers desire.”

Hayre commented: “As retail director, my primary goal is to support the team with our growth strategies throughout 2024 and beyond, focusing on technological advancements, team expansion, and product differentiation to adapt to the dynamic market trends.”

Moore’s role as commercial account manager will start in mid-May 2024.

She brings experience as a regional manager and account manager with brands such as AmaWaterways and JTA Travel.

Moore said: “I’m really excited to be joining Attraction World and working alongside Kelly and the team. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with my travel industry peers and supporting AWG with their continued growth.”

Hayre is also recruiting for a business engagement executive to oversee southwest England and Wales.
