Azamara has promoted Stuart Pearce and Lee Surman to two newly created senior roles to cover the UK and international markets.
Pearce will take on the role of director of sales for the UK and Ireland while Surman will become director of partnerships and trading, international.
The line said these expanded roles “further demonstrate” its investment in supporting agents and rewarding of talent which will “spearhead the next phase of growth for the company”.
Pearce has been with the line for more than 17 years, most recently as head of UK trade sales, and will continue to be responsible for the UK sales strategy.
His team, which includes Nikki Singleton, Peter Ryan and Moira Gregson, will focus on driving sales and strengthening relationships with the UK trade.
Surman has worked for Azamara for more than 11 years, most recently as head of partnerships and trading, international, and his expanded role will now comprise leadership of EMEA agent partnerships and supporting initiatives across international markets.
