The tenth Airbus A380 superjumbo has been delivered to Etihad Airways.
It is the final double-deck aircraft to be ordered by the UAE carrier.
Etihad’s A380s are configured with The Residence, a three-room living space or two passengers; nine First Apartments; 70 Business Studios, a lounge, and 415 economy seats.
The airline’s fleet of A380s operates from Abu Dhabi to London, Sydney, New York and Paris from July 1.
Etihad Airways and Airbus staff gathered at the European manufacturers’ Hamburg Finkenwerder plant in Germany, where the aircraft was officially handed over prior to its delivery flight to Abu Dhabi.
