Jet2.com will split departures between two terminals at Manchester airport to support its expanded network.
Flights to Alicante, Almeria, Antalya, Barcelona, Bodrum, Izmir, Krakow, Malta, Menorca, Naples, Nice, Pisa, Pula and Verona will operate from Terminal 2 from February 1.
This is along with services to Lanzarote, Malaga, Majorca and Tenerife, which have operated from Terminal 2 since April 11.
The airline will continue to fly from Terminal 1 to 36 other destinations including Corfu, Crete, Dalaman, Dubrovnik, Faro, Gran Canaria, Ibiza, Larnaca, Madeira, New York, Paphos, Rhodes, Split, Venice and Zante.
Jet2.com is advising passengers to check a table on its website for departure information from the airport.
A guide has been produced to which terminal each destination is being flown from.
Terminal departure information will also be provided on boarding passes.
