A live chat option has been introduced for agents by Jet2holidays.

The service is designed as an alternative to phoning the operator’s call centre.

The live chat on the company’s website is available from 8am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on weekends.

It aims to free up time for agents to deal with customers while contacting the operator.

The service enables agents to make special requests; amend spelling errors; change names; make cancellations; add, remove or upgrade transfers; add airline seats and meals; re-send documents and unlock accounts.
