Budget carrier Wizz Air has added two new routes from Gatwick – Prague in Czechia and Hurghada in Egypt – to cater for increased demand.
Tickets are now available and services will start on October 31.
Six flights a week will operate to Prague, with fares starting at £21.99, while there will be three weekly flights to the Red Sea resort of Hurghada, costing from £48.99.
The additions mean that Wizz Air now offers 116 routes in 30 countries from London. The new routes will add more than 220,000 seats a year to and from the UK capital.
Marion Geoffroy, managing director of Wizz Air UK, said: “We are seeing increased demand for more flights to popular holiday destinations and we are delighted to be able to offer greater, more flexible access to these breath-taking cities.”
The Prague flights will operate each day apart from Thursdays, while the Hurghada services will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
