Captain’s Choice targets luxury agents as it enters UK market

Captain’s Choice, an Australian private jet and travel specialist, is targeting British luxury agents “as an integral part” of its plan to grow in the UK.

Founded 30 years ago, the operator said the trade will be “central” to its business development strategy.

The company has created an “off-the-shelf” solution that allows agents to offer holidays featuring luxury modes of travel – including privately chartered jets, trains and ships, or driving a range of supercars – without the time usually required to research and manage independently created itineraries.

Each itinerary is customisable and clients can choose from a wide choice of included ‘Your World’ experiences.

Bookings are Atol-protected, and come with an expert tour manager and a tour doctor on every trip.

Cait Gargett (pictured below), UK and Europe manager for Captain’s Choice, said: “I’m excited to begin working with the UK trade, and eager to forge new partnerships with luxury agents, working together to grow business opportunities in this market.

“Across the industry, demand for elite travel experiences is growing at pace and, with two fifths of UK adults now being defined as ‘luxury holidaymakers’, there is a huge opportunity for agents to increase the volume of their highest-value bookings.

“As time is today’s greatest currency, I believe that access to our worldwide portfolio of unique and seamless journeys will be a huge asset to the trade.

“On their behalf, we plan and coordinate all the moving parts of these private, luxury experiences, so agents have instant access to fully protected, bespoke and commissionable packages for their clients, without having to spend precious time researching and building independent itineraries.”

Itineraries include Latin America & Atlantic Islands by Private Jet, an 18-day journey for no more than 50 guests, beginning and ending in London. Departing August 5, 2026, it costs £55,800 per person.

Safaris & Spices of Sri Lanka, departing November 8, costs £13,600 per person for 14 days, while Rooftop of the World is an 18-day tour in Nepal, Bhutan and India, departing November 15 and costing £20,750 per person.
