FORMER Thomson general sales manager Colin O’ Neill has described himself as “gamekeeper turned poacher” after being appointed as Advantage sales and marketing director.O’ Neill was responsible for trade relationships at Thomson where he dealt with both multiples and independent agents.
He will perform a similar role at Advantage.
His last position prior to accepting the consortium job, and after his role at Thomson, was as director of specialist sales at Forte.

“There is a vital role for independent agents and the challenge is to ensure we deliver to our members.”
