Discover Oceania Insider Connect, Oceania Cruises’ easy-to-use marketing tool for travel advisors

Whether you’re new to cruise or a seasoned seller, streamlining marketing efforts and boosting sales makes things stress-free and is an easy way to showcase Oceania Cruises to clients. The leading cruise line has launched a free, brand-new solution called Oceania Insider Connect, to make things even simpler.

How does Oceania Insider Connect benefit agents?

Oceania Insider Connect helps travel advisors in two ways:

  • It offers instantly co-brandable content pages, helping to showcase Oceania Cruises’ destinations, ships and onboard experiences, as well as the line’s latest promotions.
  • It also provides a co-branded website, allowing advisors to view real-time pricing and availability, driving direct leads to travel partners and making it easier than ever for clients to book through their preferred agent.

And the tool promises even more benefits to support travel advisors to reach more clients, thanks to AI-powered social posts and email suggestions to tailor the experience further. It also offers the option to create dynamic QR codes to link directly back to your own website so clients can get in touch in minimal time.

How does Oceania Insider Connect work?

Setting up with Oceania Insider Connect is quick and easy. Just head to inspires.to/oceania to begin. Here, you’ll just need to enter your email and a verification link will be sent. There’s no need to create a password – after confirming your email address, you’ll be able to log in and the platform will remember you.

Once signed in, agents can add all the information needed to create a branded profile and a personalised experience, including a headshot, company logo, contact details and more

Oceania Insider Connect seamlessly uses these details in two ways, through Oceania’s pre-designed content and a co-branded website. The helpful and in-depth content includes Oceania Cruises’ destinations, offers, experiences and promotions, all personalised with agent details.

Agents can share this content directly with clients however they prefer, such as via email, WhatsApp, Facebook or even TikTok, and can add a personalised message or call to action to tailor the outreach further.

The co-branded website option is the perfect way to showcase what Oceania Cruises has to offer while ensuring clients can contact your company with ease. Clients will see the Oceania Cruises website, with details on itineraries, sailings and more.

The top of each page will be customised to feature the agents’ name and contact details. And if a customer decides to click through and book, the link will open an email directly to the travel advisor.
