Go as you please – if you can
WE OPERATE a go as you please voucher scheme with Envergure Group, better known as Campanile Hotels.Has anyone else had the problems we have encountered? Clients arrive at the hotels and their pre-paid vouchers are rejected – even though the vouchers are produced by the hotel group!
We have tried to get clients to make bookings directly with the hotels – which didn’t know that the hotel group produces the vouchers.
Envergure have been running this scheme for two years but its 900 hoteliers seem unaware of it.
We have given up as the battle is too much for our agency to tackle. We can’t educate a major hotel group which is in total disarray.
Typically French? They have a London office which seems incapable of helping.
So operators beware of the curse of Envergure…
