STB gets back in the saddle
THINK of Scotland and what springs to mind?Horseriding?
Perhaps it will from now on, because a new trekking and riding brochure has been launched by the Scottish Tourist Board to encourage horse lovers to holiday in Scotland.
Apparently, over 250,000 Scottish people regularly ride horses and it is hoped the brochure will encourage them to incorporate Scotland’s vast open land, unspoiled tracks and long sandy beaches into their treks. We’re just off to get our hard hats.
