BRITISHAirways UK and Ireland general manager for marketing Chris Pilling is leaving the airline to join Telewest Communications. BA said Pilling’s post has yet to be filled.
His BA role involved overseeing customer service for Executive Club members.
Meanwhile, BA has taken on former European Commission official Andrew Cahn for its newly created role of director of government and industry affairs.
Cahn will lead BA’s negotiations on bilateral and alliance talks.
