CO-OP Travelcare has bought six Northern Ireland agencies, taking its total to 28 in the province.
The agencies were acquired from Henry Gowan for an undisclosed sum. All of the company’s 28 staff affected are being taken on by Co-op Travelcare.
The agencies involved are in Cregagh Road and Saintfield Road in Belfast, Carrickfergus, Glengormley, Holywood and Larne.
Co-op Travelcare has plans to refurbish and rebrand the shops within the next year.
