ABTA aids agents facing legal action
ABTA has pledged to help the 100 agencies threatened with legal action after signing up for the Leichtenstein-based Tour and Travel Guide.
Swiss debt collection agency Ovag Observance AG, acting on behalf of the guide’s publishers, is demanding £1,500 apiece from agencies.
ABTA has asked affected agents to send documents to its legal department.
