* Brown’s to market shopping package deal
London’s exclusive Brown’s Hotel has launched a shopping package called The Mayfair Classic. It includes a four-poster suite, chilled Champagne, full English breakfast, afternoon tea and a five-course meal for two in the hotel’s restaurant 1837, excluding drinks. The package costs £425 per room per night and applies to stays of two nights or more.
* regent international signs boston contract
Regent International Hotels has signed a contract to manage a 185-room waterfront hotel in Boston, opening in spring 2003. The Regent Boston at Battery Wharf Hotel and Residences will also comprise 99 exclusive condominiums, an 18,000sq ft spa and water taxi services to Logan Airport, Charlestown and the Seaport District.

The Great Eagle hotel group is offering a twin cities suite promotion at its properties in Hong Kong and Bangkok. For each night that guests stay in one of the Great Eagle Hong Kong’s signature premier suites, penthouse or Vogue Suite at qualifying rates, they will receive one night’s complimentary accommodation at The Sukhothai Hotel in Bangkok’s Sathorn Road, in the business district.
* accor opens second peru property
The Accor group has opened its second property in Peru. The three-star, 99-room Novotel Cusco joins the Sofitel Lima, which opened in February. Sixteen rooms in the latest property are located in the original 16th century colonial building which forms part of the new hotel. By the end of 2002, the Accor group will have added nine more hotels in Latin America.
