cox and kings to expand Indian business

COX and Kings aims to expand its Indian business and look at
potential acquisitions in Europe and the US as a result of its planned £30
million flotation.

The up market operator, which was founded in 1758 and has
offices worldwide, is preparing to float in 18 months time. Operations are
likely to be expanded with particular emphasis in India because Cox and Kings
organises outbound tours as well as travel into the country.
