YOU kindly published my letter regarding Air Namibia and the trials and tribulations of getting money from them.
The matter has now been resolved with the airline refunding the administration charge and, indeed, offered educational spaces to Namibia. Being a typical grasping travel agent Ihave, of course, accepted readily. It’s only fair to congratulate the airline on their ‘hands up we were wrong’ attitude.
