Elite Travel Group has announced it will hold its 40th anniversary conference in Majorca.
The 2017 conference will be held at the four-star Melia Calvia Beach Hotel from Friday, October 13 to Sunday, October 15.
The consortium, whose chief executive is Neil Basnett (pictured), has yet to announced speakers but says it aims to have a varied programme as well as a “look back” over the last 40 years of travel to mark the group’s anniversary.
It is encouraging as many members as possible to attend the conference, which will include an official welcome dinner, dine-a-rounds and a “Ruby Finale” dinner on Sunday October 15.
The number of suppliers in attendance will be restricted in order to ensure there is a “well balanced ratio” of agents to operators. Priority will be given to the consortium’s Platinum, Diamond, Gold and Silver-rated suppliers.
