NETWORK supplier X-TANThas launched an Internet information site for travel agents.
The site will have information on the supplier’s products and services, links to other travel industry sites and contact details of X-TANT staff. It will also have a secure extranet for existing customers that can only be accessed by typing in a password.
The extranet will enable customers to communicate directly with X-TANT, order help cards to guide them through using X-TANT technology, access frequently asked questions and register for information on new products and services.
In the future, users will be able to purchase new software over the extranet and download it directly into their systems.
Further plans for developing the site include the creation of a private area for major customers to download statistics on their own network usage and service level agreements, a news update and a special area for new products and services.
