Bourne Leisure, the parent company of Haven, Butlin’s and Warner Leisure Hotels, has appointed Craig Secker to the role of trade sales executive.
Secker will support agents in the south of England, starting this week. He will host managers meetings and visit agencies in the region as well as leading Bourne Leisure training sessions on iots three brands.
Secker has four years of industry experience, most recently as travel consultant at Club Med where he had worked since 2017. He has also had roles at Scott Dunn and Newmarket Holidays.
He said: “During the last four years I have fallen in love with the travel industry. My ambition for some time has been to move away from my reservations background and into a more face-to-face role – this position at Bourne Leisure presents the perfect opportunity for me and I’m truly excited to be joining the team.
Bourne Leisure’s three brands offer variety, they have lots of exciting developments and I hope to be able to bring my personality to the team to help convey this information successfully to the trade.”
Louise Tansey, national sales manager at Bourne Leisure, will cover the north following Secker’s appointment, which takes the Bourne Leisure trade sales team to two.
Tansey added: “The growth of our trade sales team represents an exciting time for our brands and we’re delighted to have Craig onboard. His skills and experience will be valuable in terms of us continuing to develop out training techniques and supporting all our agents.”
