Luxury operator Carrier has appointed Steve Kimber as its new managing director.
Kimber, who will take up the position in early November, will oversee the 65 strong team which includes the tour operator and its independent retail agency arm Carrier Travel,
Kimber said: “I am delighted to be at the helm of such a highly respected and award-winning luxury tour operator and look forward to taking this prestigious brand forward in the months and years ahead.
“I am fortunate to be inheriting a knowledgeable team of travel professionals, regarded as being some of the best in the luxury travel sector”.
Prior to this appointment Kimber was managing director of Amber Travel Partnership which owned Great Rail Journeys and spent 12 years at the helm of Cresta Holidays.
