JTA Travel is offering travel agents free cancellations and amendments, transferable deposits from £25, and extra commission.
The FLEXI Charter initiative is designed to help the trade be as flexible as possible for their customers during the coronavirus pandemic, and indefinite travel restrictions.
Bonus commission of 2% is available on both new bookings and rebookings.
FLEXI Balances on payment deadlines are also being offered, should customers require additional time to pay for their holiday.
Wayne Darrock, group managing director said: “These are extremely challenging times, so we wanted to offer as much assistance to our trade partners as possible, in securing future bookings and for the increased work involved in completing re-bookings. The FLEXI Charter is probably the most flexible holiday product on offer in the market at this time.”
JTA also announced it is now issuing credit notes, as per Abta guidelines, with refunds being dealt with as soon as possible.
Darrock added: “We have grown steadily as a business since 1972 and are in a strong financial position, so we are able to offer our agent partners as much help as we can at this difficult time.”
