Can any other agency staff tell me how they deal politely with people who come into the office asking for our brochures to take away, or even to look at our office copies… and ask us to photocopy pages for them when you know they are booking or have booked on Teletext?
We always try to givepleasant, helpful and impartial advice. But we find it extremely difficult when you know that you are being used, and the next person waiting is actually wanting to make a holiday booking.
Why can’t the people who take a booking on Teletext be made responsible for providing a brochure in their terms of contract?
