Crystal Ski Holidays has named digital expert Tamsin Todd as new managing director from January.
She moves to the role from her Betfair, where she was global head of e-commerce.
Todd will report to Simon Cross who has become president of parent company Tui Travel’s ski and marine division.
Cross has been managing director at Crystal Ski for three years and will continue to report to Mathew Prior, managing director of Tui’s Specialist Holidays Group.
Todd previously worked at Amazon in the UK and Microsoft.
Cross said: “Tamsin’s great strength in the key area of digital and her experience across other business disciplines combined with her love of skiing will ensure that Crystal Ski Holidays continues to drive forward from its position of strength within the UK and Irish ski market.”
