A John Stewart Travel agent got a tattoo of the Jet2holidays logo while on the recent Cover Stars 2025 trip to Cyprus.
Joel Grant, of the Hays Travel franchise branch in Dundee, now has seven tattoos, with two “work-related” designs on his left leg.
He had a Balkan Holidays tattoo inked on a trip hosted by the operator to Bulgaria last year, which prompted the idea to get another on last week’s Cover Stars trip, hosted by Travel Weekly in partnership with Jet2holidays and Constantinou Bros Hotels.
“I’m making it my trademark for every trip that I go on, I’ll get a tattoo of that company that takes me away,” he said.

“Obviously that’s unheard of in the travel industry and I’m not begging for fam tips or stuff like that. It’s not like that.
“It’s just the way I want to make an impact of myself in the industry. It’s what I’ll be known for. I’ll be the guy who gets a tattoo every trip he goes on and I’m happy with that.”
He added it had already sparked conversations with customers in his branch.
He said: “When customers come in and they say how much they love Jet2, I go, ‘Well, I love them that much I’ve got a tattoo on my leg!’
“And then I show them the picture, like I’ve done it today, and you get a laugh, and then it goes from there.”
