ABC Holiday Extras has restructured its management team as the company looks to expand its business overseas.
Gerry Pack has taken on the new role of chairman after handing over the role ofmanaging director to former marketing director Stephen Lawrence.
Pack is looking at the US and Germany as possible destinations for growth and is also planning to expand the group’s airport-parking product by leasing new airport car-parking sites through its subsidiary Airparks. The company leases car parks at Birmingham, East Midlands and Cardiff.
The group is also looking for new premises after outgrowing its headquarters in Ashford, Kent.
