Editorial promotions
TRAVEL Weekly has strengthened its editorial team by promoting senior reporter Steve Jones to chief reporter and sub-editor Melanie Rule to the position of senior sub-editor.In his new role, Jones will continue to report on operators and agents and play a bigger role in helping to plan the editorial coverage of the newspaper. Rule will take greater responsibility for the production of the paper.
Travel Weekly editor Jeremy Skidmore said: “Both Steve and Melanie are doing a great job for Travel Weekly and thoroughly deserve their promotions.
The changes are with immediate effect.
