In 2025, HX Hurtigruten Expeditions will be running four exciting FAM trips to Greenland, Alaska, Svalbard and Iceland. To be in with a chance of winning a spot on one of the trips, agents must make a booking between 1st September – 30th November and then log their bookings via the link below.
When registering your booking, you’ll be asked to rank the destinations in order of preference and where possible, HX will endeavour to ensure you get your first pick.
The winner will get a free cabin plus international flights to the destination of their choice. Not only that, but they will also get the opportunity to invite a travel agent friend of their choosing to share their cabin. The friend must pay for their international flights but there will be no charge for the cabin.

*Eligible agents will make a new HX booking from the 1st of September to the 30th of November 2024. Eligible departure years are 2025, 2026 or 2027. The booking must be confirmed and deposited within the period of the 1st of September to the 30th of November 2024. Winners will be chosen at random in early December 2024 and notified either via their head office, business owner or via HX directly. Any bookings made during the qualifying period but subsequently cancelled will not be eligible. This HX FAM trip is subject to first come, first serve and HX are not responsible for no availability. †Taking a travel agent friend: To be eligible to attend this trip as a ‘travel agent friend’, the agent must be a full/part time employee working within the travel industry. Employees of cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and any other 3rd party suppliers are not permitted. Supporting documentation may be requested. ‘Travel agent friend’ must pay for their own international flights. All entries are subject to head office or business owners’ approval. This is only applicable to travel agents in the United Kingdom.
