Watch our video to see just how much our agents mean to us, and tell us how many times you hear the words ‘love or loved’ in the video for the chance to win 2000 Sky High Points. That’s worth £2000, for you to spend on whatever makes your heart flutter.

How to enter

For your chance to win 2000 Sky High Club points, watch the ‘Most Loved’ video (above) and simply tell us how many times you hear the wordslove or loved’ mentioned in the video.

Agents must be registered to Sky High Club to win (register now).

The lucky winner will be drawn at random and announced on the 28 February 2023.

The competition is open to UK Front Line Agents, and entries must be submitted between 14 February 2023 and 21 February 2023.



Virgin Atlantic – Valentine’s Day Promotion T&C’s

  • The Promoter: The promoter of this prize draw is Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited of, The VHQ, Fleming Way, Crawley RH10 9DF.
  • Eligibility: The prize draw is open to all UK Travel Trade Front Line Sales Agents aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  • Promotion Period: The opening date is 00:01 on 14 February 2023. The closing date is 23:59 on 21 February 2023.
  • Entry: Agents are required to watch the ‘Most Loved’ video on TW.co.uk

  • – To enter, simply tell us how many times you hear the words ‘love or loved’ was mentioned in the video.
  • – Submit your answer via TW.co.uk

Prize-specific conditions also apply: In addition to these terms and conditions, the prize is also subject to the further prize-specific conditions, set out in Annex 1 at the back of these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any prize-specific terms and conditions, the prize-specific terms and conditions in Annex 1 shall prevail.

Prize includes:  The lucky agent will earn 2000 Virgin Atlantic Sky High Club points.

Winner Selection: Agents must be registered to Sky High Club to win. The lucky winner will be drawn at random. Winner to be announced on the 28 February 2023.

  • Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by telephone or email at the end of the promotion period (28 February 2023) and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize, within 7 days of initial contact. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

Personal data: Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be used for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter. Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/footer/privacy-policy.html

  • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who writes to Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited, The VHQ, Fleming Way, Crawley RH10 9DF (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter Customer Centre Telephone: 0344 874 7747. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

The Promoter’s responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

The Promoter (together with any associated agencies and companies) is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer in connection with this Promotion or by accepting or using a prize won under this Promotion, that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time you accepted these terms, both the Promoter and you knew it might happen.

The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents, or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The Promoter is not liable for business losses. Any prize won under this Promotion is for domestic and private use. If you use the prize for any commercial, business or resale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

The Promoter is also not responsible for failure to meet any of its obligations under the terms and conditions where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect or limit your rights under the law. For more information about your rights contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Bureau.

If any provisions of these terms and conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these terms and conditions will prevail.

The prize draw shall be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

In order to be in with a chance to win 2,000 Sky High Club points ( worth £2,000!), you must watch our Virgin Atlantic ‘ Most Loved, Actually’ video, count the number of times that youhear the word ‘ Love or Loved’

This incentive is valid from 14th Feb ‘23 till 21st Feb ‘23

Once the incentive has ended, we will randomly pick a winner that has 1) registered for the Sky high Club 2) has entered correctly the number of times that they heard the word ‘ Love or Loved’

We will notify the winner by 28th Feb ‘2023

Once notified, your winning 2,000 points will be credited to your Virgin Atlantic Sky High Club within 28 days. You’ll then be able to access the Reward Store and convert your points into Rewards to the value of £2,000

Rewards must generally be redeemed within a period of 24 months although this does vary by reward so please check this when choosing
