Terms & Conditions
1. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must satisfy all the following Entry Requirements:
• be a UK resident and current full-time employee of a retail travel agency or tour operator in the UK
• be at least 21 years old; and
• not be an employee, agent or contractor of Carnival plc or Travel Weekly (including group companies) or and such employees’, agent or contractor’s immediate family (spouse, parent, child, siblings and their respective spouses).
2. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the entrance form available on the Prize Draw URL, between 12:00 on 12 May 2022 and the Closing Date (the “Competition Period”) on 2 Jun 2022. Ten winners will be selected from all entrants. The winners will be able to choose one person to travel in the stateroom with them, who will be responsible for funding own air and travel expenses. The entries must be made directly by the individual who wishes to enter the prize draw. Multiple entries are not permitted.
4. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or accessible due to a technical fault, hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
5. The winners will be notified by telephone and/or email, using the details registered on the entrant for, within 35 days of the Closing Date. At least five attempts will be made to contact each winner, if we are unable to contact a winner we may withdraw the prize from that winner and select another winner.
6. Subject always to each winner satisfying the Entry Requirements set out in 1 above, the winner will be entitled to the following prize:
One of ten Holland America Line Alaska cruises departing roundtrip Vancouver or Seattle before 1 Oct 2022 for the winner and one (1) guest sharing a stateroom and includes most shipboard meals (certain alternative dining options require payment of a fee). Economy class air from London airports for travel agent only. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All Prize details, including stateroom category, will be determined by Promoter at its sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize travel must be completed by 1 October 2022 or Prize will be forfeited. Prize travel date and arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking. Once scheduled, the Prize itinerary cannot be altered and failure of Winner to follow such itinerary shall not obligate Promoter in any way to provide such Winner with alternate arrangements. The prize includes scheduled flights from London airports for winner only. The prize does not include travel to and from the London airport nor car parking at the airport. The prize does not include travel insurance (adequate insurance is a condition of travel), drinks, shore excursions, crew appreciation or personal expenses.
7. Each winner and their guest will be bound by Promoter’s booking conditions and health and vaccination policies available at . The winner must comply with Holland America Line and UK health travel protocols and be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 in order to travel.
8. In the event that a winner ceases to satisfy any of the Entry Requirements (set out in 1 above) at any time prior to departure, they must notify us as soon as possible. In such circumstances we shall be entitled, in our absolute discretion, to withdraw the winner’s entitlement to the prize. Each winner and their guest must have a full valid passport (with validity for 6 months or more beyond the date of travel) to take the trip.
9. Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition draw, prize or Entry Requirements is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
10. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to withdraw all or any part of the prize at any time and without liability.
11. We will not be liable, at any time, to any entrant for loss or damage unless it is caused by our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees.
12. Prize is subject to national and local travel public health restrictions. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this prize draw without notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. Promoter will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this prize draw and to facilitate redemption of prizes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Promoter’s privacy notice available at
