Virgin Atlantic creates range of apprenticeship opportunities

A range of apprenticeships are being made available by Virgin Atlantic across different areas of the airline.

Applications open in the autumn for nine new external apprenticeship opportunities across seven business areas.

The airline will introduce two Level 3 data technician roles, one within its global sales team and another within its network and alliances unit. 

Three Level 4 data analyst roles will also be available, two within data and AI and one in the airline’s cargo arm. 

The customer journeys department will accept a Level 4 digital product manager while positions will be offered for a software tester, a software developer and a corporate responsibility and sustainability apprentice.

The carrier is also recruiting 20 internal AI apprentices, while applications open on February 17 for 15 Level 3 engineering technical apprenticeships.
