Amsterdam-based e-sim provider Hubby has agreed a partnership with Nezasa, whose technology allows companies to manage itineraries for travellers.
The agreement means Nezasa’s B2B customers will have the ability to offer e-sims to their travellers, either as a free add-on to improve the traveller experience or a paid upsell that will enable them to increase basket size.
It allows integration via Nezasa’s Sourcing API to give customers access to a white-label e-sim environment.
Hubby said research shows that 92% of people that use the Hubby e-sim said they experienced a better travel experience because of it.
The e-sim provider said that offering internet connectivity – via an e-sim that can be downloaded – can often help with sales conversion, meaning that some B2B clients use it to increase basket size and share of wallet.
However, most of Hubby’s B2B partners offer the e-sim as a value-add, rolling the small cost over into the total package.
Thijs van de Wijk, founder and chief executive of Hubby, said: “The winners in travel the next 10 years are the ones that prioritise building the best experiences, and Nezasa is leading the pack with their innovative trip technology – so we’re honoured to be partnering with such a pioneer.”
Manuel Hilty, chief executive of Nezasa, added: “Nezasa’s powerful API allows us to strategically partner with key providers like Hubby to deliver added value to our customers.
“By integrating e-sim capabilities, we’re providing our customers with a unique value proposition that improves their travellers’ experience, strengthening customer relationships and fostering long-term loyalty.”
Based in Switzerland and Portugal and with a presence in the UK and Germany, Nezasa’s TripBuilder solution helps agents and customers with planning, booking and managing itineraries.
