Abta LifeLine is seeking entries for its first golf day, taking place on a “beautiful” course this summer.
A Texas Scramble format will be observed at Crondon Park Golf Club, Essex, on June 18, with the entry fee being £595 for a team of four.
Breakfast will be served on arrival at 11am, before play begins at 1.30pm. The day will end with awards, a BBQ and charity auction.

Abta LifeLine director Trudie Clements said: “Everyone will be guaranteed a great day out and Crondon Park Golf Club, our hosts, are really looking forward to welcoming us to their world-class, beautiful course.”
Abta LifeLine supports past and present employees of Abta members when they encounter situations including redundancy, relationship breakdown, accidents and bereavement.
The charity can offer practical, financial and emotional assistance.
Looking forward to the golf day, Clements added: “This is LifeLine’s first golf event and we want to make it as inclusive as possible.
“That’s what’s brilliant about the format we are using – anyone can play and compete, with all having a chance to win.
“The day will be great fun, informal, a chance to meet up with industry colleagues and, most importantly, it will help raise important funds for LifeLine when so many in our industry need support.”
