Advantage to hold Managed Services conference in partnership with Classic Collection

The Advantage Travel Partnership will hold a conference for its Advantage Managed Services (AMS) division in October in partnership with Classic Collection.

The event will take place from October 8-11 at the Kimpton Aysla Mallorca hotel.

As headline sponsor, Classic Collection will provide delegates with a tour of the hotel and share a presentation on their future plans.

Chief commercial officer Kelly Cookes said the conference will be a “great opportunity” for members operating under the Managed Services model to receive updates on the division’s “ambitious plans”, as well as provide them with networking opportunities.

“Our AMS model has seen expediential growth in recent years as it allows members to focus on the all-important customer service and sales side of their travel businesses, with all supplier payments being managed centrally and all customer monies being protected in a trust account,” said Cookes.

“We see this part of our business having the potential for even further growth in the coming years and at the conference we will be taking members through our operational and technical roadmap moving forward so that they can fully understand how we can help them to develop and grow their businesses.”

Si Morris-Green, director of agency sales and marketing for Classic Collection, said: “Advantage has always been a huge supporter of Classic Collection and Classic Package Holidays, and having the opportunity to showcase our business and update members operating under the Managed Services model on our plans in Majorca presents us with a great opportunity.

“We are looking forward to seeing the delegates in Majorca at this amazing property and at what promises to be an informative, insightful and enjoyable event.”
