Celestyal gives away five £1k Tiffany necklaces at Globe Travel Awards

Celestyal gave away five Tiffany pearl and diamond necklaces worth nearly £1,000 each during the 2024 Travel Weekly Globe Travel Awards.

The prize giveaway was organised to mark the introduction of Persian Gulf sailings for winter 2024-25, with the announcement made as part of the line’s sponsorship of the awards’ star host, comedian Rob Beckett.

The winners were Denise Parkhouse from Tripse, Lindsay Haslehurst from Cruise118, Marco Macchieraldo from Paramount Cruises, Stephen Shaw from Travelsphere and Katharina Peck from The Travel Network Group.

From November 9, Celestyal Journey will operate a seven-night Desert Days itinerary from Doha, visiting four new countries and six new ports of call for the line.

The 1,260-passenger ship will sail round-trip cruises calling at Bahrain, Dubai, Khasab in Oman, Sir Bani Yas Island and Abu Dhabi until January 18, 2025, after which Celestyal will operate three, four, five and seven-night variations of the itinerary until April 2025.

The Desert Days itinerary will return as a permanent fixture for the 2025-26 winter season.

Celestyal has also launched a £100 incentive on all bookings made before February 29.

The extra earning opportunity is available to all travel agents and offered across Celestyal’s full 2024 and 2025 product range.

Janet Parton, the line’s vice-president of business development for the UK, Europe and Australia, said: “This is the richest incentive we’ve ever offered to the UK market, and allows us to really reward our agent partners for supporting us through this critical trading period.”
