Classic Collection launches Caribbean guide for agents

Classic Collection has launched a destination guide to the Caribbean to help travel agents selling the region.

Created by the operator’s product and sales teams, the 52-page guide showcases twin and multi-centre island-hopping combinations.

It highlights activities such as hiking, ziplining, wild swimming, sailing, surfing and diving – plus where to spot whales, dolphins and turtles.

The teams share their top tips, and highlight the best family, couples, all-inclusive and group holidays.

There are sections on health and well-being, villas and suites, and in-depth guides to dining out, boutique and luxury properties, and the islands’ beaches.

Alex Gavalda, product and commercial director, said: “Following on from the positive feedback generated by the successful launch of our Maldives guide, it was a natural progression to create similar in-depth content to help our agent partners sell those regions of the Caribbean which are key to the UK market.

“Many brochures simply list hotels and highlight the quality of the beaches.

“Our guide offers much more insight by focussing on the huge variety that the Caribbean islands has to offer.

“After a prolonged period without travel, it’s reasonable to suggest that customers will be looking for the best possible advice and more than just a simple beach holiday.”

He added: “As a specialist in luxury holidays, the Caribbean is an important part in the continued growth of our long-haul product.

“At Classic we continue to do what we’ve always done: to support agents in winning the trust of new customers and retaining existing ones.”

Classic’s Caribbean Guide can be downloaded from the operator’s website and printed copies can be ordered through Tradegate.
