Etihad Holidays & Capital Holidays UK has recruited two key account managers tasked with building the operator’s partnerships with agents.
Ellis Burns and Alison Bull, who will report to head of commercial Gemma Lazenby, have been described as bringing “a wealth of travel trade experience”.
Burns and Bull both said they are “thrilled” about their new roles, with Bull adding: “I am excited to be back working closely with the agents I have built positive relationships with over the years.”

The appointments mean the operator’s UK team is now complete, the company said, allowing it to offer “unparalleled experiences and opportunities for agent partners and customers”.
Burns said: “I am so thrilled to be a part of this talented team bringing Etihad Holidays to our UK agent partners.
“This is a very exciting time for all of us here at Etihad Holidays, and I am certain that our agent friends and their customers will love our products as much as we do.”
Bull said: “I’m thoroughly looking forward to this new opportunity and I relish the challenge of bringing this game-changing new product to the wider industry.”
Burns’ previous employers include Constantinou Bros, Designer Travel and Personal Holiday Advisors, while Bull’s include Not Just Travel and Classic Collection Holidays.
