Flight Centre reopens store after three-year closure

Flight Centre has reopened its Horsham branch after more than three years of closure.

The branch shut down in August 2020 but has now opened its doors again, showing the Australian based agency chain’s “continued success in the UK”, the company said.

The shop, on West Street, is open from 9.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Rachel Mason-Smith, who has 12 years of experience at Flight Centre, has transferred from the agency’s Brighton branch to manager the Horsham store.

The agency’s Mayfair shop on South Molton Street is expected to open towards the end of the month.

Flight Centre has partnered with local radio station V2 Radio to offer listeners a chance to win a £2,000 voucher to be spent in the Horsham store.

“We are over the moon to be reopening our doors at Horsham and we cannot wait to talk about all things holidays with customers old and new,” said Mason-Smith.

“The reopening will mark a welcome boost in trade in Horsham’s central shopping district and provide another option for local residents looking to plan their much-needed getaways.

“We intend to start with a small team comprised of myself and three travel experts, but aim to expand as we ramp up. If you’re in the local area, pop in and say hello.”
