G Adventures offers up to 30% off in its biggest cyber sale of 2021

G Adventures is offering up to 30% off more than 400 tours in its biggest ‘cyber sale’ of the year.

The small group adventure tour operator’s annual sale began on November 10 and runs until December 3.

It applies to itineraries departing before October 31, 2022, across the company’s selection of 18-to-Thirtysomethings, Active, Classic, Family, Local Living and Marine travel styles.

Tours that are on sale and leave before March 31, 2022, are discounted by up to 30%, while savings of up to 20% are available on additional departures before October 31 next year.

Brian Young, G Adventures EMEA managing director, said there was a “huge amount of pent-up demand”, adding the sale would offer “some of the biggest discounts” ever offered by the operator.

In a survey carried out from October 1-12, 2021, 78% of 724 British travellers in the operator’s global consumer panel said they planned to take an international holiday by mid-2022 but only 39% had actually booked.

Young said: “With more and more destinations opening up, including the US this week, and the recent removal of the red list, the restrictions which have held travellers back from booking in the past are quickly reducing.”

Trips on sale include the 10-day Nepal Adventure, reduced from £949 to £664, which starts and ends in Kathmandu and includes hiking trails through the Himalayas and 4×4 safari excursions, and the eight-day Classic Bali, featuring bathing in natural hot springs and cycling through paddy fields, reduced from £649 to £454.

Other featured trips in the sale are Sailing British Virgin Islands, from £888, down from £1,269; eight-day Thailand Island Hopping – West Coast, down from £969 to £678; and 21-day Absolute Peru, down from £2,939 to £2,351.
