Palladium Hotel Group has appointed Kelly Fagan to the newly-created role of business development executive for the UK and Ireland.
Fagan previously held both domestic and international positions at Tui and Thomas Cook, and has four years experience working with the British Red Cross.
She has been tasked with growing brand awareness among agents will report to senior business development advisor Joanne Peters.

Fagan said: “I’m delighted to be back in the travel industry working for such a prestigious hotel brand and I can’t wait to get started and out on the road to meet you all very soon.”
Palladium said the creation of business development executive role is a reflection of the hotel group’s “continued expansion and growth within the UK and Irish markets”.
Peters said: “We are all absolutely delighted to be expanding in the UK business development team.
“This appointment will help us to reach even more agents across the UK and Ireland and increase the support we offer to our agent partners.
“Kelly has already visited our hotels in Ibiza and will also be spending time in Sicily in the coming weeks before assisting with fam trips to Jamaica in December. Kelly will be able to transition into this new role with ease.”
