Universal Orlando Resort to open two new hotels in 2025

Universal Orlando Resort has revealed plans to open two new hotels.

Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort are scheduled to open in early 2025 and both feature 750 rooms in the resort’s Prime Value category, bringing the total number of guest rooms across the resort to 10,500.

The Universal Stella Nova Resort is inspired by “distant galaxies, new stars and mysterious black holes”, said a spokesperson, while the Universal Terra Luna Resort takes inspiration from the “massive and diverse planetary elements of the universe”.

The properties will be located adjacent to the future site of the new Universal Epic Universe theme park, which is due to open in 2025.

Guests staying at the new hotels, or any others in the portfolio, will receive benefits including complimentary transportation to and from the theme parks and early admission, which permits access up to an hour before opening.

Universal said: “The two properties create more opportunities for guests and clients to experience thrill packed vacation getaways at Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay.”
