A-Rosa creates dedicated groups brochure for UK trade

A dedicated groups brochure has been created by A-Rosa River Cruises as the line increases its focus on this route to market in the UK.

The eight-page digital publication highlights group benefits and a range of themed cruises to help attract special interest groups.

Agents booking groups are offered no-risk allocations, competitive all-inclusive pricing and flexible payment terms.

The line’s fleet includes ships of different sizes offering space for all different types of groups.

UK & Ireland sales director Michelle Daniels said: “We have identified groups as a strong new route to market and this new brochure for agents is an important step on our journey.

“We know from experience that our flexible, relaxed approach works really well with groups and our focus going forward is to grow this area of our business.

“If agents are already actively working with groups, we want to ensure they consider A-Rosa as an option.

“For those who haven’t done a group booking before, we want to support and encourage them to give it a go as it can be highly lucrative and rewarding.

“Our small but mighty UK team ensures agents receive really personal service when setting up a group trip. The earning potential for agents from this market is huge and we are here to provide all the support needed so they can include group business in their sales mix.”

She added: “Whether agents create their own theme or ride on the back of one of our dedicated departures such as dance, music, craft or mindfulness, the options are endless.

“It is important for agents to also remember that larger multi-generational families travelling together can also be considered a group and many of our benefits may apply.”
