A three-day Club Med sale is running until Thursday as the all-inclusive operator predicts a record summer in 2022.
Pent-up demand is bigger than ever following two years of disruptions, travel restrictions and lockdowns, according to the company, which is opening a new resort in Spain on May 14 next year.
The company is offering a low deposit scheme from £150 per person and children under six stay for free in all its sun resorts.
Club Med Magna Marbella at the foot of the Sierra Blanca Mountains is seeing high demand.
More than 90% of those who have pre-registered ahead of the sale are opting for Magna Marbella.
Set in 14 hectares of gardens, the resort will feature five swimming pools including a family waterpark and adult-only Zen Zone, two restaurants and three bars.
Magna Marbella will also offer clubs for children aged from 4 months to 17 years.
A Family Fun Zone will feature water games, a playground, mini-golf, a zipline and activities, including golf, archery, tennis and flying trapeze.
A spa will have 14 treatment rooms with a double indoor-outdoor relaxation room and steam room, while an adults-only ‘Zen’ pool will also be available at the resort.
Club Med La Plantation d’Albion in Mauritius is also expected to be a strong seller next summer following a €4.6 million renovation.
UK and Northern Europe managing director Estelle Giraudeau: “With the government announcing the reopening of travel last month, we’re optimistic that next year’s summer season will be like no other.
“Club Med has seen a 50% increase in pre-registration for the sale compared to last year, with 90% of these for our new Spanish flagship resort, Magna Marbella, and we understand how eager people are to make the most of the 2022 season.”
