Staff at Stansted Airport have filmed their own version of the 12 Days of Christmas carol, sharing advice for passengers flying over the Christmas period.
The video includes security officers, technicians, airfield operations staff and the fire service in festive outfits, singing along to the list of 12 travel tips.
Rachael Melody, head of customer services at the airport, said: “The festive period is a busy one for travel – we’re expecting our busiest ever December – and every year we try to remind passengers of some simple ways they can help their journey through the airport go smoothly.
“This year we thought we’d take it to the next level and call on some of the thousands of staff who are involved in the passenger journey. We’re so impressed with the effort colleagues put in and hope it’ll not only make our December passengers smile, but also help some of those travel tips really stick in the mind.”
