A leading training organisation has published a Brexit business guide to help firms trade through uncertain times.
Bob Morrell and Jeremy Blake, of Reality Training, have written ‘The Brexit Manager – (or Navigating Unchartered Waters)’ – a 40-page guide aimed at helping managers decide on how to plan their approach and their strategy in the coming months.
The ebook covers ten chapters of business advice on communications, managing meetings and planning, as well as many practical business perspectives based on over 17 years experience.
The purpose of the guide is to help managers reach crucial decisions on productivity and leadership through difficult times.
Morrell said: “We kept having to re-write the prologue and epilogue because the news kept changing. I’d have it finished – look at the BBC news site – and then re-write it.”
